Amigos de las Americas, a nation-wide secular organization, partners with community members and organizations, including local governments and chapters of the Red Cross and the Peace Corps.

We follow up with Amigos de las Americas, a non-profit organization that takes high school and college-age volunteers to Latin America to work on sustainable community-based improvement projects. We spoke with three of the organizations volunteers in May right before they left to work on various projects in Mexico and Nicaragua.
